Milkfish Presto

Milkfish Presto is a typical Indonesian food from areas semarang, central java.
these foods made from milk fish spiced with garlic, turmeric and salt, then cook at the base of banana leaves premises presto way.
Presto is a way to cook premises, high-pressure water vapor.
Material: 1 whole fish, leave the scales 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed 4 bay leaves Two lime leaves
Spices: 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon pepper 2 segment turmeric finger 1 knuckle of ginger 1 teaspoon coriander 1 vertebra finger galangal
Method:

   
1. All ingredients and spices together.
   
2. Enter into a pan presto. Cook over low heat for 1 hour.
   
3. Chill. Bake or fry until brown.
